These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Pinkstone S.A., operating under the trade name Yendos, with its principal place of business in Montevideo, Uruguay (“Yendos”). This Agreement governs your access to and use of the services offered through the website, mobile application, and/or partner and reseller platforms (hereinafter, “the Platform” or “the Services”).
By accessing or using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and voluntarily accepted all the terms contained in this Agreement. If you do not agree with any of the terms, you must refrain from using our Services.
1.1 Purpose of the Service
Yendos markets eSIMs and exclusively data roaming services (which do not include voice or SMS services). The products offered include a varied combination of features (operating countries, amount of data, plan duration, etc.) on a prepaid basis.
1.2 Mode of Provision
The service is provided, wholly or partially, through authorized partners and resellers. When the plan is purchased directly through the Yendos Platform, the company will assist the user in case of any issues, referring them to the appropriate partner if necessary. In the case of purchases made through third parties, support and assistance will be provided exclusively by the reseller or partner.
1.3 Limitation in the Offer
Although the service is marketed in more than 190 countries, it is the user’s responsibility to confirm the compatibility of their device and the coverage available in their country of residence.
2.1 Registration Data
To use the Services, the user must register by providing, at a minimum, their first name, last name, email address, and country of residence.
2.2 Accuracy of the Information
The user agrees that the information provided is true, accurate, and will be kept up to date.
2.3 Technical Requirements
The Service is intended for unlocked devices that are compatible with eSIM technology (i.e., devices that are not locked for exclusive use with a particular carrier).
3.1 Purchase Mode
All services are offered on a prepaid basis. Purchases can be made through the Yendos Platform or via authorized partners and resellers.
3.2 Activation Process
To access the service, the user must download and install the eSIM on their device and activate the corresponding data plan. A stable internet connection is essential to complete this process.
3.3 Commencement and Duration of the Service
The service will be activated immediately after the successful installation and activation of the eSIM and will last for the period specified in the purchased plan or until the data credit is exhausted.
4.1 Commencement and Validity
The service commences with the activation of the eSIM and continues for the validity period established for the purchased plan, or until the data credit is used up.
4.2 Termination
Yendos reserves the right to suspend or terminate the service in the event of a breach of these Terms or upon detection of fraudulent or unlawful use.
4.3 Refund Policy
A refund of the amount paid will only be granted if there are activation issues that prevent the use of the service and only provided that no data has been consumed. Once the eSIM is installed and activated, no refunds will be issued.
5.1 Reseller Status
Yendos acts solely as an agent or reseller of the services provided by third parties. Consequently, Yendos is not the direct provider of the data services.
5.2 Support and Assistance
When the purchase is made directly through the Yendos Platform, the company will assist the user in resolving any issues, referring them to the appropriate partner if necessary. For purchases made through resellers or partners, support will be provided exclusively by those third parties.
5.3 “As Is” Service
The Services are offered “as is” and “as available.” Yendos does not guarantee the quality, coverage, or continuity of the service, as these depend on external telecommunications service providers.
6.1 Payment Method
All transactions are conducted on a prepaid basis, in accordance with the payment methods available on the Platform.
6.2 Taxes
The prices indicated include the applicable indirect taxes (such as VAT or sales taxes), unless otherwise specified.
7.1 Personal and Lawful Use
The service is intended for personal and lawful use. The user agrees not to:
7.2 Measures in Case of Improper Use
Yendos reserves the right to suspend or terminate the service without the obligation to refund if it is determined that the service is being used contrary to its intended purpose or in a fraudulent manner.
8.1 Amendment of the Agreement
Yendos may modify, update, or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time and for any reason.
8.2 Notice of Changes
Any modifications will be communicated by updating the “Last Updated” date on the website and by sending an email notification.
8.3 Acceptance of Changes
Continued use of the Services after the publication of changes will be deemed as acceptance of the new terms.
9.1 Uruguayan Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Uruguay.
9.2 Jurisdiction
Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be submitted to the competent courts of Montevideo, Uruguay.
9.3 International Regulations
Although Yendos exclusively markets data services – which in principle excludes it from being considered a telecommunications company – it is the user’s responsibility to verify and comply with the local regulations applicable to data services in their country of residence. Yendos acts solely as an agent or reseller, without assuming the obligations of a telecommunications service provider.
10.1 Processing of Personal Data
Yendos will implement and publish a Privacy Policy governing the processing of personal data provided by users. This Privacy Policy shall form an integral part of this Agreement.
10.2 Consent
By registering and using the Services, the user consents to the collection and processing of their personal data in accordance with the provisions set forth in the Privacy Policy.

All content, trademarks, logos, texts, graphics, software, and other elements present on the Platform are the exclusive property of Yendos or third parties who have authorized their use.
11.2 Usage Restrictions
The reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial exploitation of any content without the prior written consent of Yendos is expressly prohibited.
12.1 Partial Nullity
The eventual nullity or invalidity of any clause of this Agreement shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
12.2 Communications
Any communication or notification related to this Agreement shall be made through the contact channels provided on the Platform.
12.3 Waiver of Rights
The failure of Yendos to exercise any of its rights under this Agreement shall not constitute a waiver of those rights.
By using the Platform, you acknowledge and accept that you have read, understood, and agreed to all the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement.
